G'day, I posted this in another thread already but it was quite old and got no response. So my problem occured yesterday evening when I tried to open reward chests from multiplayer. The Game froze after opening the first chest and i restarted. After the restart all chests were gone. The reason I'm posting this as a new topic now is, that it happend a second time like 10 minutes ago. What I don't quite get (I'm new to the game) is that both times I somehow got 6 chests for not winning anything. That shouldn't happen either if I'm correct, right? It seems that I'm not alone with this problem for I have asked in global and atleast one more player got similiar problems. I'm sorry if this is a known bug or just some kind of stupidity on my side.
I had something similar happen yesterday. My PC had been logged into Card Hunter for a while. A league had ended and the result notice was on-screen. The PC had dropped the connection to Card Hunter at some point and this notice was also on-screen. When I logged back into Card Hunter, instead of the expected 3 chests from the league (I finished last), I had 6. I went to open them and three opened fine, trying to open the fourth froze the game. After reloading the game the extra unearned chests were gone. I assumed the connection dropping at the point it did was behind this.
Thank you for this detailed description of what happened. I'm pretty sure I know what's going on now and will fix it.
What's actually happening here is that the client is sometimes double counting the number of chests that you have been awarded as a league prize. This double counting will go away if you refresh your client. It's also picked up when you try to open the double counted prize chests. If this happens to you, please send a support email to support@cardhunter.com and we'll credit you any chests that it looks like you missed out on.
