Read the card. It says that the card itself is replaced by a random *insert quality here* card based upon what *insert quality here* the enemy has in their deck.
No, the card is changing itself into a copy of a card in an opponent's deck; your opponent isn't gaining any cards. EDIT: Note to Self: Make sure you're on the last page of the thread before replying.
What if the opponent doesn't have any cards with the right quality? How 'bout this: Feeble Immitation Magic Arcane You can only play this on an enemy. Your opponent chooses a card in target's hand. Make a copy of that card and put it in your hand. Range 4. Passable Immitation Magic Arcane You can only play this on an enemy. Choose a random card in target's hand. Sorry, I worded the effects badly. When you play, for example, Weak Duplicator, it immediately goes through the opponent's decks, finds a random paper-quality card in there and turns into it - in your hand.

Doubt Handicap Attach on self - Duration 2 or untill triggered When you play a card different from a move card, roll a die. On 4+ discard the card you tried to play. It's still your turn.
How about this? When you try to play a card other than a move card, discard it instead, it has no effect. Saving Throw 4+
I know, I changed the card. My version, if you fail save, you discard the card, and you're done, if you make save, you play card normally. I imagine Doubt different than you do Although I guess mine would be Procrastination
