Firstly Frozen Solid isn't even fully Implemented yet. Secondly, It does have keep. Thirdly, it is a monster only card. It's possible that you are correct but considering it doesn't have the same text I find it somewhat unlikely that is the cause of creation. Yep the text is similar. It is true that both include free move but fleet also includes armor against untargeted damage, making the chance of it being based on it not likely considering we already have ways to add teleport and fly. Yep. Since Holy Mail didn't nail the numbers I can't give it much since Holy Mail is just a effectual copy of Holy Armor. Again not fully implemented, but the effect is similar making it somewhat valid. That's a solid bet.
Very similar? One's a Block and the other's a Move/Boost, one has a dice roll while the other does not, one moves randomly and the other does not, and there's the whole 'line of sight' and 'for every magic card in your hand' thing. They're more dissimilar than similar.
