When I raised from level 9 to level 10, the little "poof" animation for level, HP, and stone all showed no increase. I then moved on the map to the armory and checked my character, and he was correctly level 10 with a new blue stone. Not a big issue, but just letting you know.
Were you doing a level 6 or 7 campaign? The game auto-levels you down if you're too high level (so a level 18 can't just crush a level 4 mission - you'll be limited to level 7 gear, meaning only 1 blue orb). If the mission pushed you over to the next level, it would have turned reddish, and not increased for that reason.
There have been a few threads on this: http://forums.cardhunter.com/thread...ation-happens-in-wrong-place.1954/#post-21638 http://forums.cardhunter.com/threads/level-up-animation-shows-no-changes.2501/#post-26724 Short answer: devs are aware, they just need to schedule a fix. In between everything they've got right now, I think it will be fixed in 2056...
Wait, no, I think this is new. When my characters got to level 7, there was literally NO change to the text of the character sheet, nor did a power token appear (and this was supposed to be my first token whatsoever). So the "level 6" text flashed and became white, but stayed at 6. The "11 Health" text (or whatever it was) flashed and became white, but stayed at 11. I've forgotten what the final unlocked item slots did. We've reported problems with "displayed Health on level-up not matching real Health" before. But this is a complete failure to animate.
