This build coincides with our first (but not last!) database reset. All existing Beta accounts should now be reset to their starting state. Looks like we might have killed the server already. Just got disconnected when going to the store to pick up the first shield, and now logging in times out.
I was on and immediately after leaving the Tavern I clicked on the the pizza (shop button) and froze the game. I reloaded and now after logging on it loads indefinitely, until I lose connection to the server.
Actually, I think it is. You completely flubbed this: Your ONE CHANCE to shout "IT'S ALIIIIIVE!" and you failed us. Megadestructo, how can you expect beta to go on without the screams of a mad scientist? How?
There was a missing shield, which made the dwarf warrior angry because he really wanted his shield. Because he couldn't find his favorite shield, he threw a tantrum, which spiralled and destroyed the server. I think that dwarf moved over to Card Hunter from Dwarf Fortress.
The fixed build is up. Fingers crossed! If anyone is stuck because they played quickly while we had the bad build deployed, send me a PM and I'll try to fix your account.
