LOL, you didn't really miss anything. They really just wanted a few people to reply so they knew that their emails were being received. They didn't ask everyone to check in and say that they got theirs.

Are you folks (Valtharius and Domopunk) referring to forum accounts, not anything beta-related? Because it's a little confusing out of context (i.e., "Huh? Some folks had their beta account deactivated?").
