All no talent elf skills punishing

More broadly, the common Elf and Dwarf skills seem to promote an all-elf or all-dwarf team, while the human skills are the same no matter what mix you have. Maybe that's thematic, but i wouldn't mind seeing a little more crossover there. Humans benefiting from an all-human team and better elf/dwarf skills for mix and match teams.
