If this is still an issue, I just thought this: Come up with a basic theme, if not for all your characters together, then at least each of your characters by themselves.

Try to build and focus on that theme. Play with it some. See where it takes you. See if you find obvious points to improve.

Either way, after you experiment with this some, learn how to copy your partyanddecksbbcode onto the forum to see what specific advice anyone might have.
