Hello there, My problem is kinda weird cause it seems nobody got any error problem like this. As you can see at title when i create new heroes my oldest ones are keeps dissapearing. İt doesnt matter if i create em for sp or mp. Its like they re sharing same limit pool and when i create new ones at sp or mp, oldest ones are dissapearing. Limit is 12 for total heroes i can have. It doesnt matter if i create them at mp or sp. Lets say i have created 6 heroes at mp first and later 6 at sp. When i try to create one more hero at sp, my oldest hero at mp is dissapering. Tried to store my team at mp before creating new team at sp. After creating sp team mp is dissapeared again. After this happens at mp tried to retrieve my party but all i got was blank sheet. Hope my post is not too confusing, tried to explain my problem best way i can. Hope some1 can help me
Okay, the most obvious question needs to be asked, since it is your 7th character that vanishes. Are you aware that you can go right on the clipboard on the left (by clicking the ► or the right character)? Active party shows 3, the clipboard shows 3, to see more characters, you need to start scrolling to the right.
Obviously i know i can access passive characters by scrolling left. My active party keeps dissapearing when i create new characters. Cant exceed total of 12 heroes, it doesnt matter if i create em at sp or mp. For example i ve total 3 heroes at mp party at active sheet and lets assume they re first ones i ve created at this game. And lets say later added 9 more at my sp game. If i try to create 1 more at sp, my oldest hero at mp dissapears. I know mp and sp had to have different character pools. But at my account, it doesnt matter if oldest character belongs to sp or mp game. If i exceed 12 limit oldest character always dissapears. I can share my account details to an admin if it needs more inspection
I'm surprised one of the devs hasn't addressed this. Your best option is probably to email a copy of your post and your in-game name to support@cardhunter.com. The email account is monitored more closely than the forum.
