Basic & AotA Bundles - Bonus Chests?

Started playing yesterday, bought the starter bundles. I received the pizza, the figurines, the club membership, probably the treasure hunts (not high enough level yet), but I don't see the chests that should be included in the bundle. I checked the Keep and the Chest and Barrel.

Do they arrive only after I reach a certain level?

 

Go to multiplayer, your chests will be there. The expansion bonus chests are in a chest store you don't have visible yet on the single player map. In multiplayer all shops are accessible immediately.

 

Thanks, it worked, although it (seemingly) only handed out the free AotA chests after I bought one. Still haven't gotten the chests from the basic bundle, though.

 

There are no chests in the basic bundle.

 

The content of the Basic Edition is

• 11 Treasure Hunt Adventures
• 1 month Club Membership
• 9 extra figures (opposite genders for all free figures)
• 100 Pizza slices

 

That would explain it.
