    Hello,
Since yesterday I cannot log in.

No matter what browser I use i get stuck on the "checking server status", like the server is down or something.
Tried to refresh, restart computer etc. but the issue remains.

Is it just me? Any suggestion?

    Thanks,
    Groggolo

It's just you. People are playing all the time, the server is up.

Is the site or Flash blocked for you? Firewall issue or setting?

Actually it isn`t just him. The same is happening to me.
I could play just fine before yesterday and the only thing changed ist that I installed the newest CCCP which shouldn`t
have any impact on Cardhunter. My Flash and Java are both the newest version, as is Firefox, btw.
I deleted my cache, checked if any addon had tampered with my network-settings and deleted my Chronic, nothing
    helped.

Hope this gets resolved soon since I paid for a Month of Membership and every day is a-wasting.

Have you guys tried uninstalling/reinstalling flash - and/or trying another browser? There hasn't been any update, maintenance or hotfix to the game for a while, so it suddenly not working would be very odd.

Edit, I see Groggolo already tried another browser. Possibly related to your ISP?

Just tried uninstall/reinstall of flash. No Dice. I also opened the hated IE Browser to check there without success.
Other flash-Heavy sites like Youtube or Newgrounds work fine as well, which makes the whole thing even more
    confusing.
I did remember something I did that might coincide with the time of the problems. I used the program Peerblock for
the first time since I started Cardhunter but before you ask, yes, I closed it fully and restarted my PC afterwards and then tried
    playing Cardhunter again.
Still, wanted to mention that in case someone knows of an issue or lingering effect from that prog I am not aware of.

I don`t know much about ISP`s, how can I check if there is something wrong with it concerning Cardhunter? It would seem
unlikely since I could play the Game for about a week straight without problems.

If it matters I am from Germany, btw.
And in case this is of any significance, when the page loads, the last thing that flashes across the bottom-left part of the Tab before it becomes unresponsive
    reads: "waiting for csi.gstatic.com"

Just out of curiousity - check if you can access the test server at test.cardhunter.com.

    Thanks guys for your replies.
I have tried reinstalling Flash and turning off the firewall, no change.
Also i cannot login into the testserver either.

I am also leaving in Germany, so I really wonder if it's the ISP. I have Deutsche Telekom, what about you Shad Devil?

The Test server behaves exactly as the normal one, I fear.

And I am using 1&1 as my Provider. Not sure if they use the Telekom Grid or if they have their own.

It's very odd that you both report issues from Germany - but I guess that could be incidental. I suggest sending an email to support@cardhunter.com if you can't get this resolved.

I'm guessing you already tried opening various ports mentioned in this thread?

As a matter of fact I did not yet try it. The Ports were opened however.

The Issue has resolved for me, though, thanks to that Thread you linked Pengw1n.
I went through the suggested actions and found out the culprit.
It seems that, for some weird reason, Adblock Plus had suddenly decided to block Cardhunter despite the Fact
it had allowed the game for a week without a hitch. Firefox IS set to update its Plugins automatically, so maybe there
was an Update for Adblock that created this.

Suffice to say I feel pretty foolish not to have tried THAT as one of the first things.
Especially since some of my fooling around actually managed to break youtube for me as well
    for a time.

Groggolo, if you use Firefox and Adblock plus, maybe this is your issue as well?
Try going to Extras, then Adblock Plus and deactivate it on game.Cardhunter.com.

Good to hear it's resolved, hopefully that helps Groggolo as well!

Thanks Pengw1n, issue solved for me as well thanks to your thread, even though I had a different problem (I just deleted all Flash Player browsing data and voilĂ !)
Especially glad was not the provider (it would have been a nightmare :p)
