Oh there are numerous... I've just seen this one someminutes ago and it lets me always think of this one mage we once had in a DSA group... "I'm going to try something I saw once in a play..." Dangerous_Maneuver

I tried to find a card I thought I've seen in this game... but I can be wrong. It had this one flavor text... something like "I've never had a closer look to the floor - until I was so close to it". Not a very innovative one, but made me smile nonetheless. Maybe it was in another game.
Thanks Flaxative and Kalin. And yes I was searching in the wiki.... but after browsing through the Movement and Drawback Cards I gave up. It never occured to me that it was on an Attack card.
This one is also impressing. I believe you all have seen this one. You block like a dog, but remember that every dog has its day.
Everybody wants to throw a fireball. Because it's true. Every single powergamer from back in the day got to share a collective moment of silent nodding when this card was revealed.
I think it's on Wounded Block: "The sight of one's own blood can be a great motivator not to spill any more". The txt from Dodge: "If you can't be tough, be somewhere else" Also the one on Fire Stab
My favourites are: Little Zap: "Well... It's better than no zap." Obliterating Spark: "One moment Elrann was there, and the next he was just an ash outline on the dungeon wall." And of course, the Dodge one in the post above.
Penetrating Zap, honoring the sometimes ridiculous card names that happen in CCGs: So named because "Portirissian's Pernicious Perforating Pain Projection" was too awkward to say.

Well, picking favorites isn't my . . . favorite. But it's hard to pass up history: The Mighty Spark, referring to the long-lasting typo in the Mighty Sparkping Staff. (Spark! Ping!)
