Hello. I purchased the basic edition special with PayPal for my account, also "Oneirophage". When I look at the purchase page (with the pizza slices) it shows the icon for it greyed out with the words "Owned" plastered over it. However, I have not received the Monster Hunter's Club benefits (extra items), nor the 100 Pizza, or any of the other perks. When I look at my payment status on PayPal it says Pending Until Oct. 1. Does that matter? Why would a digital payment take so long? I wouldn't have ordered it if I realized it would take 6 days to process. Thanks!
Correct, I am using an echeck. They do not inherently take a long time to clear. The problem is specific to this business. Thanks for the sympathy, though!
While it may seem specific to us, it's out of our hands as that is entirely controlled by PayPal unfortunately. We have no desire to tie up your money for so long
Thanks for the reply Megadestructo. Two things: 1) It would be nice if on your pay interface there were a prominent warning about the eCheck issue. I could have easily paid by credit card, and been saves a lot of frustration. 2) Why is PayPal jerking you guys around? I pay for electronic goods by eCheck on several other websites/companies and they always clear within 2 minutes. I'd like to give them a piece of my mind, since they're responsible, but I'd like to understand the situation better.
Unfortunately I'm not qualified to answer the second question, but we are definitely looking at ways to make it no longer an issue at all.
