Disconnect after buying a chest - items not gained

I decided to buy a chest and splurged the 150 pizza for it. I got an epic and a legendary. Can't recall which one, since I bought them in the MP area and wanted to equip them on my campaign party.

I tried to go back to Campaign, then a lag/disconnect spike hit. When I eventually get back in, I noted that I had *NO* Legendary items.

Can you check the system logs to see what happened? It just happened, so it was a few minutes before I posted this.

Quick addendum - I also emailed Support based on reviewing other support tickets.

 

Go back to the chest shop in MP and see if the items are still sitting in the chest.

 

Yeah - I did try that, but I saw nothing there.

And I just logged in to check - again - and the items are in the chest!
