Multiple times now I have received common club rewards when I have received rare and uncommon chest prizes. According to the info under the club sign up tab, if I get a rare/epic/w.e item as a prize I should be guaranteed a club item of equal or GREATER rarity... Any help would be appreciated, it has happened 5 or so times now and I'm not happy about it.
It's applied to "guaranteed" items - and those appear in the treasure hunts, the mp chests (as described per chest in your win track) - and sometimes during the campaign when there is a set item for that particular adventure. The club does not give you an extra item of the highest rarity you get in your chest. I hope that clears that up for you! (also, I agree it could be clearer - testers have remarked about this in the past)
Yeah, and maybe have chest show which loot is guaranteed somehow, so you know what to expect to get extra.
Changing the colour of the chest would seem like an intuitive way - use the purple ones when there's a guaranteed epic. Or just stick some text next to the club loot ("Rare guaranteed" etc) before the chest opens. Or a placeholder icon for certain rarity on the pillow before you open, with some hover-over text
I agree, there are at least 3 chests already in the game. Ordinary, Gold and Black Skull ones. Those last I believe are only used for quests - and not seen when not doing the challenges. A bit odd. Colour coding - or mouse over showing rarity could work.
