Tried to buy 690 pizza for $19.99. Account name "ector", paid normally via PayPal, got confirmation mail Feb 19, 2017 08:59:23 PST, transaction ID 2YP12558685846917. More than 3 hours have passed, I still haven't got my pizza. I've tried to wait, then reloaded the page, then restarted my browser (Mozilla Firefox) - absolutely no effect. This happens second time to me already, and I'm sick and tired with that. Any game may have hundreds of bugs, but money services should be smooth if the developer expects anybody to pay him money at all.
I had similar problems in the past and after posting them here BM sorted the problem fast and even gave me some extras. Im pretty sure the will solve your problem as well.
Still, it's very unpleasant to know that the problem persists. I'm not in a hurry, as I only want to buy few items in Randimar's store (so I can wait for a week), but what if I'd want to buy a legendary item from Daily Deal? I doubt that some extra pizza would compensate for losing such item.
