So this happened twice: 1. By mistake hit another battle when I was joining league battle (during screen animation). 2. By mistake hit league join, stopped queuing and hit the MP search, joined MP battle, game forfeited match and joined league battle. I am guessing either server doesn't have lock mechanism or it failed. Can't report other data as I haven't used the log before.
