I bought a new toon(Avatar?) at the store in beginning area but how do i change his appearance ingame...or is that only for new characters?
So it appears theres no way to do this short of asking devs but thought maybe im missing soemthing...... so far all i can do is hire 2000 gold...

Once put into an item can they be romoved or once put in they always in?
