    IE 10 issue seems to have been resolved. I am no longer receiving the Flash error.

    Game won't run, falsely claims I don't have Flash

    I have had the same issue with IE 10 starting yesterday, though I am running Windows 8. I do find the game runs fine in Chrome, however.
