I'm not able to recreate it either, though the chat log says that my units were inspired. I guess I was mistaken. That's what I get for not saving...
It was in the current build. Someone in multiplayer used Unholy Wellspring on their ally, and it blocked the damage can caused them both to draw.
Inspiring Armor's ability will trigger off of damaging cards played by allies, which I don't think is supposed to happen anymore
