Hi. My friend have a problem. After trying to play mutiplayer ranked game for the first time, when he entered the multiplayer keep, his character, with which we played coop dissapeared (other 2 starting character remained though). All items dropped to the keep. Is there a way to restore this missing character? Or He need to start from lvl 1 again? I know there is a tavern for lvl 10 characters, but he didnt unlocked it (he was lvl 8)
Has he tried to play co-op after this happened? The co-op character is not shown in the MP party. That would explain the disappearance but in this case he should still be there when co-op is started the next time. He could also save the MP party and check whether the fourth character slot is occupied by the missing character.
The inactive roster is all the way to the left (drag screen or press left arrow next to the exit button). I'm guessing you should be able to find the character there.
That's the funniest thing. There should be 4 characters (he created a new preist), 3 in the party, 1 in the roster. But nobody there. Here are few screenshots.:
Did he hire a new priest or just use the one from his original party? (Normally when you play co-op, you just pick a char from your current party.)
Try starting a co-op match. I'm betting the priest will be there when the match starts -- unless he already used the newly bought priest as the co-op character in a co-op match. Even in that case the original priest should be there among the reserve/inactive characters.
Just tested it. Yes, he used new character for co-op. And, no, there is no old char in the roster (there are 3 chars on the screeenshot again, new priest lvl 3, 2 old chars from start, no sight of 4th one)
Yeah, that's weird, all right. Please email support@cardhunter.com explaining your problem and including the Card Hunter player account name of the person with the problem. They can solve it for you.
One last thing you can try, if you haven't already- I see your friend has the co-op character stored in several slots? Assuming your friend hasn't overwritten those, toggling between them may settle something. Did your friend perhaps delete a multiplayer [pvp keep] character? That may also have some weird effects on campaign characters. But yeah, definitely report-worthy, if nothing else, they should be able to restore the character.
