Test Build 2.18

    This build was mostly to work out some changes to our build deployment process.

    Some of the important changes:
    • Fixed a bug with bad username/password not showing the "bad username or password" message.
    • Fixed a bug where if the username or password is bad, the client tries to log in anyhow and gets stuck loading.
    • Fix the URL used when reloading due to an incorrect version.
    • Swapped the versioning so "build 2.18" is version 2.18.x internally instead of 2.0.18
    • Moved the casual match button up a little in the lobby to avoid overlap.
    • Simplified audio management so forest ambient sounds don't continue into battle, the keep, etc.
    • Added a scrollbar to the party archive.

    I'd very much appreciate any testing of this as I plan to deploy it tomorrow if it looks good. The error where we don't deal properly with bad passwords seems to be causing some issues for a lot of people trying to log in.

    I did some brief testing. Everything I tested worked OK.

    Trying login with a wrong username and/or password correctly resulted in the login failed dialog (with Remember Login checkbox checked or unchecked).
    Trying login with a right username and password correctly resulted in logging in.
    I was able to save and retrieve parties to/from slots numbered 1-24 in both SP and MP.
    I was able to clear all party slots in SP (didn't try clearing all slots in MP, just one).
    All the scrollbar elements in Party Archive worked as expected.
    The SW version string was shown as 2.18.x in the F1 debug log.
    The forest ambient sounds didn't continue into the keep.

    By the way, was the Graveyard Gambol zombie named "Agnoize" supposed to be "Agonize"?
