Because Poison is worded similarly, but is still blocked. How about saying "unpreventable"? As happy as I am that elves are getting new abilities (Yay, a tokenless uncommon skill that won't kill you!), I'm worried that Running Heal may be too powerful. Elven Maneuvers should only trigger from enemy damage, to avoid the problems we had with Martyr Blessing.

Any step attacks would work, and don't forget to include a Reliable Hide Armor. I'm not sure if Boosted Heal would break the combo or perfect it. But I'm more worried about the Quick Run that heals you 6.

There has been mention of 100 new items in the dev twitterfeed. Should be a total of 15 new cards if that post was correct as well.
It is (plus a bunch of duplicates). I'm glad you posted this, because I was only looking at the last entries in the file, so I saw just the arcane and elf skills. I count 104 new items (after deleting the holiday items and two other old noLoot items). For new cards, I count 42 including enemy-only ones. There's 15 of them that seem to be available to players; it's curious that "Cut" seems to be enemy-only. OMG, I just saw this:
It looks like all of the items I listed above are noLoot, guess they won't be today's patch, but probably an upcoming one.
