When my characters reached lvl5, Gary invited me to try multiplayer. Since I didn't have a multiplayer party yet, he told me to go to the store and buy the starter group, which he would make free. However, for some reason I am not able to purchase it for free. What can I do to resolve this issue?
Is the Adventurers pack still at 50 pizza? Just making sure you're aware that you can't chose which pack you want, but that's probably not the issue here since you mention the "starter group". Is it possible that you have recieved the pack somehow - as the price reverts to 50 after buying it. Double check if you have obtained a multiplayer party in the keep.
Tested on test server, Gary invited me to try multiplayer when it reached lvl 6. And the Adventurers Start Pack is indeed available for Free.
The Adventurers pack is at 50 pizzas and yet I only have my campaign team in the multiplayer keep. And every time I open the multiplayer screen, Gary pops up and tells me I don't have a multiplayer party yet :/
Is your campaign team at lvl 5 or 6 ? Mine did not trigger till lvl 6, you could try getting 1 more lvl and then re-visit Multiplayer. Otherwise your account requires divine intervention !
My team was at lvl 5 when I got I got the message, but now all my heroes are lvl7 and, unfortunately, it still doesn't work. I'll pray for some divine intervention then
You could try emailing support@cardhunter.com with your account name. Hopefully they'll sort you out. Alternatively, you could try posting in this thread as they seem to handle such issues there. Probably they just accidentally overlooked your thread.
