For now: 1. vs SanPunkrazio This was the 1st game for both of us in MN Testserver and we are just trying random things out, I guess Roots does not work against Vengence (after being rooted)? - Edit: my mistake; it does work. 2. vs TimedTesting Winddancer+VampKiss is quite strong for holding VP, or just generally. I tried to make a ZombSpark+Root+PunBolt+Boo+InqStrike combo, didnt have the Bolt in hand but did the rest. the outcome is good, but I think it is way too complicated since one single purge would ruined it. Talented healer still looks better than Vampirism for Vamp Priests. Or probably I havnt figured it out 3. vs TimedTesting Vanguards as a nerfed version of Team, walk! is very strong on some maps and if you play it right You could use supp Priests to empower those Grudges quickly by drawing a lot and discarding a lot Mid and late game Grudges are too broken 4. vs TimedTesting Tried with Walpurgis. Zombie looks lot worse than other monster forms Enemy accidentally packed InqBolts... Packing Boo is fantastic against team without a lot of purges 5. vs stupid531 He was using a non-MN deck from Fry-the-Guy Use ZombSpark on enemy could be very risky if they have alot of movement cards - and purges 6. vs stupid531 He used the same deck, just on different map New idea cames to mind: ZombSpark+AT against melee team? But still, need to make sure they cannot reach you 7. vs stupid531 Testing Blight with Nimbus while still tweaking the ZombSpark+Root+PunBolt combo I kinda get the idea about being a walking Radiation Terrain but it still seems bit expensive to play due to the randomness of candicaps and the chance to backfire when enemy has control cards. Sometimes I have to purge it myself because my team is also nearby Lost to 25+ damage Grudges later. Well...
8. vs Fanturlurche From now on I would try a dedicated Grudge deck and see where it's limit My opponent ran a deck with Walpurgis which accidentally negated my plan completely since I had no priest I got 3 Werewolves with almost only the good cards (7-1, 8-1 and AoAs) and finished him quickly Walpurgis seems really hard to control 9. vs tmzerozero Opponent was using 2 Human Vamp Priest with Vanguards and 1 Dwarf Wiz with lots of Deadly Sparks and TKs The game went quickly into his favor due to his super mobility and the small map size Got Pathfinding right before I was about to lose and was able to 1v3 without any problem Felt like a joke 10. vs tmzerozero Running Grudge with 1 Grudge Wiz, 1 Control Wiz and 1 Root Priest Things went good early on, but I lost due to my own big misplay 11. vs Fanturlurche Running Grudge with 1 Grudge Wiz, 1 Control Wiz and 1 Root Priest Things went good early on, but I lost due to my own big misplay 12. vs Galvatron Another stupid misplay. Im really bad at Wiz decks I think 13. vs Fanturlurche Grudge deck vs Grudge deck, 3 Wiz has a clear advantage against my Team comp since Roots are totally useless Notice that if you already drew/discarded your entire Deck and then start to draw again, your Discard pile also resets. It is actually obvious but people might forget about that. 14. vs Galvatron Opponent was running 3 Human Warrs with Vanguards/Winddancer Roots along with controll spells worked quite well and allow me to stall long enough 15. vs leypse Opponent was running 1/1/1 Human Enemy Wiz could be a problem since Grudge Team kinda lack early damage
Thanks, I have you at 15 games played. We're making some changes very soon so maybe take a break from testing until those changes are live.
Thank you for all your help with the Castle Mitternacht playtest. Unless you posted more in another thread (in which case, sorry I missed it), I have you at 15 games. You will receive 3 Epic Mitternacht chest when this content is released.
