Winds Of War was cast on two of my party members. One of them, Kolo, successfully made a Reflexive Teleport and moved out of line of sight from the attacker. However, he was still affected by both the damage (which was reduced by his armor) and the effect. Here is the log: BATTLE LOG: Player=dugrim,Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Event=PlayAction,Action=Winds of War,Instigator=Thunderblade_MP,Targets=Dumbledwarf,Kolo startTimer 1 1170 BATTLE LOG: Player=dugrim,Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Event=TriggerSucceed,Trigger=Reflexive Teleport,TriggeringActor=Kolo,AffectedActors=,TriggerType=Action,TriggerLocation=Hand BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Player=Lance,Actor=Kolo,Event=Move,Origin=(11, 8),StartFacing=(-1, 0),Destination=(9, 9),EndFacing=(-1, 0) stopTimer 1 1155 startTimer 0 1166 BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Msg=Dumbledwarf took 1 damage BATTLE LOG: Player=dugrim,Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Event=TriggerSucceed,Trigger=Thick Hide Armor,TriggeringActor=Kolo,AffectedActors=,TriggerType=PreDamage,TriggerLocation=Hand BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Msg=Kolo took 0 damage BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Player=dugrim,Actor=Dumbledwarf,Event=Move,Origin=(10, 5),StartFacing=(-1, 0),Destination=(13, 6),EndFacing=(-1, 0) stopTimer 0 1161 startTimer 0 1161 BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Temple Tussle,Room=Lance's battle (looking for opponent),RoomID=26298,Player=dugrim,Actor=Kolo,Event=Move,Origin=(9, 9),StartFacing=(-1, 0),Destination=(11, 10),EndFacing=(-1, 0) stopTimer 0 1156 startTimer 1 1155 My suspicion is that it is either due to the other target still being affected, or some other compatibility issue (that many reactive move cards seem to have).
