Hello Marion! You can either play mp, do the challenge quests in mp, level up another party trough replaying adventures, play and/or create custom maps or wait for new content which is currently in development.
Try the challenge quests. I didn't think I'd enjoy them either, but I'm finding them to be pretty fun. You'll get a guaranteed rare for completing them too. (Two rares if you are a card club member)
