Yeah, I think that's supposed to be a pound/number sign: "Gladiatorial Arena Battle #4." But when you're looking at the introductory cover, it's "Th4" and the like. Shall we pretend it means "Th"eme?
Ehh, you can see in-game (in the log on the top left) that it's "Gladiatorial Arena Battle #4." That's the reason I mentioned it. (Besides, the logic wouldn't worth for the "1th," "2th," and "3th" battles.) I was just angling for some amusement.
