A few moments ago, I got and opened my 2 gold and 1 purple chest for winning my league, and one of the gold chests had a Nova Axe. I already had one and was happy to get another, but when I went to add it to my character, it was gone. I know the Cat'Leth I got DID go into my collection, and I am 100% positive that I opened a Nova Axe and then did not get it, so some unknown number of items are missing from my collection. Is there any way to check the logs of what I opened?
I just emailed about the same problem. I know I have at least one Flame Warper and one Ripple's Reality Robes missing. Other items from the chests I purchased did transfer to my inventory, but these two (at least) are not there.
To update, closing and restarting the game did not fix it. I did not equip my missing items onto my character directly from the loot chest, but gulo gulo did. Despite this difference, we both lost the items.
Yeah i guess this league chest got bugged, got 3 place and i did not even get mine, closing and restarting the game did not fix it too.
My chests were ones I purchased via pizza, not from the league. So it seems like a game-wide problem, not league-specific.
Update: I just opened a normal chest and got all 5 items. So far no more reports of missing items. They seem to be centered around a very short time span around roughly 18:30 PDT.
So, Lore....I emailed support, and they were are able to quickly determine that had happened, and rectified the mistake posthaste. Don't act like a synthetic being, and email them asap.
