If you change their name, then remove them from party (in the keep), they revert back to the previous name. It only saves if you back out of the keep, then back in again. Also, the arrangement of the backup characters cannot save. Currently when you remove a unit from party, they end up in the keep placed a tab after the unit that is currently showing (but when you exit out and return, it auto-arranges to another order). Custom arrangement is useful because you want your commonly used backups at the first tabs, instead of flipping all the way to the last tab.
OK, I see the bug with renaming and removing from party. The name is changed but temporarily shows up as the old name after you remove from the party. It corrects if you exit the keep and re-enter.
