I think I've seen this mentioned elsewhere, but maybe it bears mentioning again. Why not put the shared/similar items in the same places for each class? Have I just not unlocked all the slots yet so I don't get the grand design? Each one of my level six guys have their boots/armor/shield in different places which makes jumping between them a little more confusing than it needs to be. Particularly boots. Everyone shares boots, but everyone has a different place for them!
It took me awhile before I realized that Warriors and Priests do, in fact, share shields. They share neither weapons nor armor, so I think visual slot similarity on shields (and the aforementioned boots) might be helpful to make people realize what's happening. However, there isn't too much else that can be changed: three weapons for a Warrior, two divine weapons for a Priest, in a space that's only three elements tall. Do too much fiddling and it will be worse in some different unexpected way.
Based on the Lvl 18 MP Party, there's not a lot of room to play with in that grid of 3x4. However, you can still place things logically across the classes, I think. Warrior Cleric Mage v1 Mage v2
What the? Nevermind. Where did I see a helmet slot? If there were one, it would mess with card totals. Anyway, it doesn't impact your pattern fiddling, but there's one thing: the Priest armor is "Divine Armor," with a different graphic. And . . . huh. Looks like you've identified a text problem on their end: "Unskilled Divine" vs. "Arcane Skill" and "Martial Skill." And Human/Dwarf/Elf Skill, all of which also follow the pattern.
Thanks, fixed the graphic. Good call on the icon text. I checked the icon against both the lvl 18 and my standard lvl party. Says the same thing.
