This could arguably be a suggestion, but I figure the impact is more "bugish". The issue is caused by a large creature obscuring an opponent from view on the board. See that tree. There is a filthy spider hiding behind it! See! Now I know that I have in this instance managed to successfully select the creature, but I had to very carefully mouse all around the edge of the tree until I found an area of about 10 pixels that would let the spider pull focus. I think a solution of some kind would be useful. For example, if I had glanced away from the screen, I may not have noticed where the spider went. I may have thought it was dead. Possible solution: On the enemy "card bar" where you see how many cards the enemy has and their general stats, an icon could be added for each enemy which could be used for targetting. So in the event that an enemy is untargettable through normal means, you can just mouse over the icon on the card bar and that would function identically. Possibly a bit involved to implement, but I think it would be helpful in regular play as well.
