Hi, sorry no game log or screenshot for this but if it is indeed a bug it should be easily reproducible. I was just doing the fairy on Black Plume Mountain and attacked a totem with 8 cards using Touch of Death, expecting to kill it. But it only did 8 damage then I died and lost the level.
