Well, I think it would be nice if we could have the possibility of changing the 'background' of the game. I've seen in videos that background has wood pattern and some details like penicls and dices on it. I'd like to have the possibility to turn it off and have just black background with game space in the middle. Some people simply can't focus very well because such details are catching their attention and it would be nice to have feature like this.
Well, I know that we'll be able to change the things that appear on the table. I imagine we'll be able to change the color of the table too. You could probably just change it to a black color and not have any miscellaneous stuff on the table. I'm not so sure if that's exactly what you're looking for, or if we'll be able to change the color of the table at all, but I know that BM will take your suggestion into consideration. The thing is, they're going for the classic D&D feel, and that game happens to be a tabletop game, hence the tabletop background. That doesn't prevent them from giving the players options of changing it, especially if they're looking for ways to make money, but the changes might not stray too far from their previously established aesthetic.
The thigs you said are pretty much what I am looking for. I don't really need to see this dice static objects, pencil etc, I'd like to have just a play area in the black void
Well, let's hope my predictions ring true then! I, for one, am hoping for lots of nifty knick knacks to decorate my table with.
Personally, I think the background would look more like "background" (i.e., something you can ignore) if it had MORE clutter on it. You know, just masses of books and things needed for play, blurring into a landscape of background. As was noted before, "That is a very, very clean table"; on such a screen, a pencil sitting out by its lonesome is a distraction.
