Hello. Upon completing "The Jewel of Alet Zahv" for the first time, I got it's eye as prize. This is given only in the first time, or it's a rare drop that I have the chance to get again by playing over and over? By it's price, it's very interesting...
It is given only the first time. If you sell it, you will never get it again. There are plenty of treasures worth even more you can get many times, though.
Currently Crown Of Chaos, Jewel Of Alet Zhav & White Star Diamond are the treasures you only get via completing specific adventures (Caverns of Chaos, The Jewel of Alet Zhav & The White Star respectively). There are also two sets of seasonal treasures (Halloween & Winter Holiday) that are available as a loot drop only during a specific time.
