1. If MP parties are used in co-op, use the first character from the team leader's party, second character from the next player, and third character from the third team member. This will allow more balanced parties from randomly assigned teammates. 2. If one player resigns or times out, their character (or monster group) dies, but their team doesn't automatically lose (though the death could still cause a loss by points). That player's chars do not respawn.
