I am very very sad, because I just realized (after combing the loot table) that the White Star Diamond doesn't drop outside of the final chest during your first completion of the White Star campaign. My collection can never be complete. ≡(TェT)≡ Maybe Gary could make some kind of exclamation when it drops, saying "Woah! That's a unique item. You should keep it for your collection!". (I wasn't bit by the collection craze until recently, and am regretting selling a bunch of legendary treasure, but at least those have the remote possibility of dropping somewhere.)
Yeah, at some point I started stockpiling Smoked Nauticorn and haven't sold any treasures greater than rare. Also, the White Star diamond is a complete disappointment of a quest reward. When I first played through the campaign, I was utterly taken in by the storytelling. After reading that, I had tears in my eyes. That is Poetry. But is the White Star actually some amazing item? Nope. Disappointment. It should have been an Epic treasure item at least. I get rare treasure (whee, another 40 gold) after every 4 or 5 adventures. Lame.
