Since there's been a few comments about this re: the new leagues, how about better ways of alerting players that time is running out? I'm thinking of a "ding" sound and flash the timer (maybe something like the animation when you get a power token) when the timer hits 10min, 5min, 1min, and 30sec.
A card Time's Up with a giant clock as the card art is played by Gary for whoever is running out of time. The card will queue its animation normally if other card animation is in process. This card animation cannot be skipped and must be clicked through. "Gary informs Player 1 that his time is running out."
