So imagine this - you're doing the map where Loot Fairy is and at the end, after getting the treasure or somewhen, Fairy whispers you a level range where the bandit could be. Usually probably something like Bandit's location +- 1 to 3 levels. For example, say the bandit is at level 4. LF tells one person that it's on 3-7, and to the other that it's 2-6 or something. Currently bandit sorta kinda hands out rares 75% of the time (or so it feels), so it's usually a 200 gold at most. It wouldn't hurt to have it more accessable. Instead, something that wouldn't be hinted at all: A special event (similar to loot fairy and bandit), where after you end the map, you get a special chest, that awards you only items that you don't have a max usable of. It's always 2 uncommon or higher, 1 rare or higher and 1 epic or higher, minus the treasure. In case you have max usable of any of the rarities, that instead grants you a respectable treasure or a higher quality item.
Or maybe this extra event you can trade two unwanted items for a random item of equal rarity? but only one trade per rotation like fairy/bandit and Max usable is not a consideration.
That would be too helpful. I could see BlueManchu losing income from something like that. The game's already the paragon of free-to-play, so I don't think we want that!
