There are no Martial Skills with any drawback/handicap cards. I noticed this while trying to build a party for the SP drawback quests (and went to the wiki to confirm). Every other category of item has at least 3 options with a drawback card. Having 2x Bludgeon & a Flimsy Block as the default (empty) for the Martial skill slot isn't horrendous, but it would be nice to have some options for the drawback quests. Some examples: Off-Balance Bashing: Bruiser, Able Bash, Trip Untrained Berserkimg: Blind Rage, Raging Strike, Ouch! Careless Attacker: Impaler, Slicer, Dropped Guard.
That's a weird gap I've never noticed before, but then I haven't gotten into the drawback quests. Still plugging away at no party deaths. My favorite of your suggestions is Untrained Beserking, omg it's so terrible it's good.
