[Suggestion] Don't trigger heal for Toughened Hide Strips on initial had discard for Quick Draw

Toughened Hide Strips heals upon discard, but this currently triggers when the whole hand discards after selection in Quick Draw which advertises one of your cards to the opponent. Really its only a minor annoyance so if its not an easy fix, no big deal, but I figured I'd mention it in case it's an easy change.
