Please add some sandboxing here. Some player created modules, with their own storylines, enemies etc.
There are already custom created maps - it's in as an experimental feature for club members. There are several threads about maps and such.
Maps only this far, no scripting or loot or xp et c. But who knows? Doubt we'll see adventures with xp as that would cause the campaign to be cheese-passed to gear up.
Neverwinter Online Foundry is great example how devs can handle xp and loot in player created content.
Well, all games shouldn't be the same - and no matter, this feature was introduced in the game like 1 week ago...
