This is super-low priority, but here are a couple shortcuts that would make the map editor so much easier to use:

    1) alt-click "picks" the tile or terrain type currently underneath the mouse
    2) add an "all tiles" category to the tile pallete
    3) click + shift-click completes a line of tile or terrain from the first to the second click
    4) ctl-click snaps a doodad to the center of the tile beneath the cursor

Actually, make that last one an alt-click, since ctl-click is drag:

    4) alt-click snaps a doodad to the center of the tile beneath the cursor

I've been thinking that something that allows me to move a tile, and drag along all the doodads attached to it would be really useful. There have been times where moving a group of shrubbery around as a single unit would have been really helpful. What do you think? What i'm interested in would probably be best done with some sort of click-and-drag box style selection, and that's probably way too much work to code, but even one tile at a time would be nice.

Shift-click could work for group selection that doesn't involve dragging a box.
