Purpose: To more clearly delineate areas as new, or special. Suggestion: Something like the image below. Apply some kind of color mask to portions of the campaign map to indicate their belonging to a given section of the game. I did this in like 1 sec in Photoshop; if BM were to implement this I would hope to see the mask applied 'beneath' the actual modules.
I've actually always loved the classic look of the map, this would greatly reduce the esthetics in my mind. Maybe just a coloring of the title bar of those special adventures would be enough?
I know this is off topic, but how do you have all of the Mauve Manticore showing? I played 1, missed 2, and only have 3 and it's supplement showing right now.
Mauve Manticore 2 appears after you complete 3. Mauve Manticore 2 appears after you complete 1. Mauve Manticore 1 appears after you complete 2. I remember some or all of these happening to me. Anyway, complete the others to make missing ones appear.
Thanks, Jarmo. It's odd that one I've beaten in the past is no longer available, but there it is. On topic: I like the plain map. My biggest gripe with the map is there's too much unused space!
Some players reported that after Mauve Manticore #2 was published, #1 disappeared. That didn't happen to me, I had completed #1 at the time. I wonder if the hiding depends on whether you have completed the previous issue or not. There might also be something wonky about the hiding code.
In the past I suggested a filter for treasure hunts, level range et c - in some kind of drop down menu. Would be nice, if we could only highlight certain adventures - be it sets or level range.
When MM3 came out, MM2 (both parts) disappeared even though I had completed them, but MM1 stayed visible. Beating either part of MM3 silently revealed both MM2s and showed them completed.
