I've only just started playing and am currently at the level 1 White Skull Canyon adventure. While poking around in the Armory looking at items, I came across some cards that may need attention.

Card "Elvish Mobility" (item Wariness). It appears as if some of the flavour text has been chopped off the bottom. The last line that appears is "...time it took to take but a single...". I cannot currently purchase it to identify if the full text appears if it the card is viewed solo.

Card "Traveling Curse" (item Wyvern Hide Helmet). Question as a new player: If I am up against a group of enemies that use a single card pool (such as the Kobold Warriors from the previous encounter), does the card affect only one enemy or all enemies that draws from that card pool?

Card "Strong Stab" (item Heirloom Assegai). The card shows no description nor flavour text.

Thanks and have fun out there.

Just one enemy. When a group plays a card, the ai first chooses a minion to play it, then any targets.

I was inclined to think the same but I wasn't able to find specifics about the interpretation.

Some additional interpretation clarification, if you will, about cards such as the "Flimsy Block" card on shields. "Block with any damage 2 or less". I am wondering about the card's activation in conjunction with other damage blocking cards. I haven't yet been able to set up and notably observe a situation for which I will give an example.

Example: In a character's hand is "Mail" (Armor 2, activate 4+, keep) and "Flimsy Block" (Block with any damage 2 or less". That character is attacked with damage 4. The roll for Mail (let's assume 5) activates which will bring the damage down to 2.
Question: Does the Flimsy Block activate?

    First Assumption: No.
First Assumption: The trigger for cards is determined from the final modified attack damage, not the base attack damage.
Subsequent Example: A base attack damage of 2, buffed with "Righteous Fury" (+2 damage to melee attacks) will also not activate Flimsy Block.

    Alternate Assumption: Yes
Alternate Assumption: The trigger for cards is determined as the damage moves through the cards in the character's hand starting from the oldest card.
Additional Question: If the alternate assumption is correct, does the damage flow from the oldest card in the character's hand to the newest or the opposite, newest to oldest? Subsequently, the positioning of cards like Mail in the hand would affect the defensive value of cards like Flimsy Block.

    Additional Alternate Assumption: Yes
Additional Alternate Assumption: The trigger for cards is determined by the base attack damage.
Additional Alternate Example: A base attack damage of 2 is buffed with Righteous Fury for a total of 4 damage. The roll for Mail fails thus not reducing the incoming damage. The problem with this assumption stems from having a card rated to only block hits with 2 damage or less ending up blocking a higher final damage hit.

Thank you and have fun out there.

    Answer: No.
    Blocks always happen before armor.

    The order is:
    1. Immediate: War Cry, Small Pseudopod Strike
    2. Blocks: left to right
    3. Armor: left to right
    4. Triggered by Damage: Unholy Curse, Mind Leak
