[SUGGESTION] Allow us to change character appearance at the Keep

    As simple as the title says :)

    With the release of these nice, shiny new character skins it'd be really handy to be able to simply switch character appearance in the Keep instead of having to level up a new character to take advantage.

    If you visit Cuthbert, you can switch appearances for lvl 1 characters (or any level really). So it's already functioning. :)
