Sub-class: Mage Knight

    Another "sub-class" idea. This time want to play with making the Mage more capable as a melee fighter. Will call it as "Mage-Knight" for now. The build would allow the Mage to get up close and personal to any Warrior, and still could come up on top.

    Since mage lack HP, having good set of elemental-themed armor would be a big plus. Also added in more close range elemental-imbued attacks too.


    Some card ideas.


    Flame Shroud
    Armor | D3
    Armor 1. When this armor prevents the damage, all adjacent characters takes 3 fire damages. At the start of the turn, all adjacent character takes 5 damages. Keep.

    Stone Skin
    Armor | D3
    Armor 3. When this armor prevents damage, you gain Plat 6 (like you gain 6 extra HP) and encumber 2 for duration 1.

    Phoenix Burst
    Trait | Duration 3
    When this character dies, deal 8 fire damage and Burn 2, duration 2 to all enemies within 2 space.

    Stone Fist
    Attack | Range 1 | Damage 8 (blunt)
    Slide 3. Space that the attacked opponent occupied become Stone Block for duration 2.

    Ice Axe Chop
    Attack | Range 1 | Damage 5 (slash)
    Damage 2 foes adjacent. Apply Encumber 2 duration 1 on them.

    Thunder Lance
    Attack | Range 2 | Damage 4 (piercing)

    Does Stunt 1 if this attack’s damage is prevented by Armor.

    I think 2 fire damage feedback should be more balance, 3 is a little too much.
    This should deals damage to all characters, not only enemies.

    First, it should be Slide Back, not Slide.
    Second, the combine of high damage and all those effect is too OP. Really need some neft.

    Nice card.

    This one will completely ruin Resistant Hide and Grounding Plates, not to mention Reliable Mail and Reliable Hide Armor.

    I think a Heal should be better here since the Plateffect can cause some problem at the end of the round.

    Icemorph Blade
    Attack | Range 1 | Damage 4
    Apply Encumber1 duration1. Turned (this card changes to another card after used): Icemorph Shield.

    Icemorph Shield
    Block Melee | D4
    Turned: Icemorph Blade


    Lighting Charge
    Attack| Range 1 | Damage 0

    Charge up to 5 spaces. Teleport. Deals 5 lighting damage to all enemies around
