(Can't find the answer in the Wiki, so apologies if this has been asked.) So I just got my party to level 7, and now they all have a minor power token. I'm excited about equipping new gear, but when I do so, am I going to be permanently tying those power tokens to the gear (as with Diablo 2 gems), or will unequipping power token gear free up the token for me to use on another item? Obviously, if it's the former, I'm going to be a bit more picky about committing to items.
No, it's not a permanent lock for the power tokens. It just requires you to have a free power token in your available "power pool" to be equipped. Unequipping the item just returns the token to an unused status below the character figurine.
