Stallers, unfair behavior

So today I was really put down by <user>'s behavior. If you think you can and want to share similar experience, please do. More fun and healthy play field is probably what most people expect. One picture is worth words than I can write here, so here it is:

PS. Explanation - it took like 14 minutes to finish the game and one turn for <user>'s after his disapproval of my deck build.

 

Did you report him? Does anything actually happen if people get reported?

 

If you have a problem with someone, please report them. Don't post about them on our forums - it just causes endless grief.
