I was playing a game co-op gamea bit earlier and had my transform come up and I was just sitting there thinking "Ya know self it would be smashing if this werewolf transform was all nifty instead of the boring oll werewolf transform". Yeah I know we just got them and I'm really not sure how I would feel in MP for (what I'm assuming would be a paid) skins that could be purged off before it got to do anything. Still I kinda think that might be something I'd be inclined to possibly throw moneys at
I'm not sure what you're asking for here. But I would support foil versions of the Form figures that are used if the original was foil. Also larger form figures for 2x2 monsters.
Dude, Werewolf Monster size should be like down on all fours prowling and growling. The monster size Vamp could be encircled by a cloud of bats. Monster sized zombie and spirit? I don't have any good ideas for them.
I think the suggestion is to have purchasable form figures so that when one transforms via a form card its to a customizable version of that form. Of course the biggest hurdle with that, is if it's not something that is your regular figure, but just your "transform-into" figure, how do you communicate that in the shops so people don't get upset about the figure change, and how would you communicate to the game this secondary figure option? (And even further options for Walpurgis?) Seems like a nice idea, but I'm not sure the implementation ease is there. Frankly I still think it's cool to see the figures change mid-game.
I'll be honest I've never really been into the foil cards. They are nifty and all I guess but they seem a bit expensive for something that just sparkles a little. ^This Was kinda mulling it over a bit and separating out the Transforms should be fairly easy. Just give them their own drop box in the race selection menu and don't have them display under any other selection including All. I mean they kinda play out like a racial type anyhow since they naturally filter by class. Tho that might still be a bit confusing for people who might buy them and expect to be that all the time. Might need a popup warning/confirmation explaining that this will replace the base transform for (insert transform trait card) and is not the normal character skin. For applying them it would be a little more in depth since they would need to add transform slots on each character sheet. Maybe a set of arrows under the character to swap between the normal skin and assigning the transforms? I would suspect it would be no small task but I think it would be pretty darn cool.
